Installed trousers run tcsd -e -f , error below

Please help me I should how to do ?

I know the TPM side, but unfortunately 9a is not a TPM error. What does
9a mean at the TSS?

-e means connect through a socket. If you're connecting to the IBM SW
TPM, look at the trace for the string "Error". What does it say?
