[TrouSerS-users] DAA support and APIs in Trousers

Hi,

Is Trousers supporting DAA currently? I dint find any of the APIs related
DAA in trousers. Is any one working on DAA support. Please provide some
sample usage codes and APIs of DAA...

Well, some DAA code is in trousers, but you need to flip the switch
in configure.in (TSS_BUILD_DAA). Unfortunately it doesn't build and
most likely isn't complete. I guess you can contact some former (more
active) trousers maintainers like Kent Yoder to get some assessment
about the state of DAA support.

"A Practical Guide to Trusted Computing" covers the topic pretty well
nevertheless.

Yeah, at some point years ago some code was donated that implemented DAA
against openssl. Some work was put in to convert the code to match the TSS
DAA APIs, but that conversion work was never completed, so we disabled the
APIs by default.
